What personal data does Ace Transportation collect about me and why?
Ace Transportation collects only the personal data it needs to ensure that we can accurately provide the rides our customers ask for. Ace Transportation also collects personal data that will make the reservation process more efficient.

Ace Transportation saves personal data, such as your name, addresses, phone numbers, email address, and credit card information in your personal internet profile. This data is used to make your use of our Online Services more efficient.

Credit card information is also used to provide you with Online Receipts. As your credit card number is unique to you or your family, it is a way for us to ensure that nobody but you sees your personal information without asking for even more personal information such as a social security number.

How does Ace Transportation use my personal data?
Ace Transportation uses the personal data in our customer profiles, including histories of past rides, to make the reservation request process as efficient as possible. Rather than ask our customers to repeat this information every time they call, we have it at our finger tips ready for use.

The most important, and sometimes most sensitive, personal data that is stored in our systems are your addresses, ride dates and times, and credit card information. This data is required by Ace Transportation to perform the rides and charge our customers.

Ace Transportation will occasionally use past ride information (in aggregate with other customers) to analyze average trip lengths and other information to help us optimize our business methods. Ace Transportation never uses a specific customer's information for such purposes.

Does Ace Transportation share my personal data with anyone?
Ace Transportation shares our customer's personal information with our Ace Transportation Connection Affiliates and other vendors or service providers if the reservation will be performed by them. However, in such cases, only the information required to complete the ride is shared. Credit card information is not shared. Ace Transportation may provide personal data to regulatory authorities and law enforcement officials in accordance with applicable law.

Is my personal data safe in the Ace Transportation Online Services?
Ace Transportation uses the industry standard encryption technology, SSL, to ensure that the data passed between our customers' browsers and our web site is safe and secure. All data is stored in databases that can only be accessed by authorized personnel.

How do I change my personal data?
Our customers may change their internet profile information at any time via our Customer Online Services. Our Central Reservation system profiles can be changed by called a Customer Service Representative at 800-672-7676.
